In this interview, the World Geospatial Industry Council’s Executive Director, Barbara Ryan, shared the details of WGIC’s participation in this year’s Conference of Parties (COP27). The World Geospatial Industry Council (WGIC) announced the winners of the WGIC DEI Trailblazer 2022 Awards during INTERGEO 2022 in Essen, Germany. In this inaugural edition of the awards, Esri India won the WGIC DEI Trailblazer – Corporate Impact Award, and Clinton Johnson, Racial Equity and Social Justice Solutions Lead, Esri, won WGIC DEI Trailblazer – Individual Champion Award.
