Guidelines for developing your case study (700-800 words) 

1. Title:

A concise title that indicates the case study’s focus 

2. Overview/Synopsis:

  • A brief summary, including brief about the problem/project, customer’s need, technology/solution/service implemented, and the key results.
  • Include relevant keywords/tags 

3. Background:

Provide context about your customer, their industry, and their need/problem statement/situation before the project/technology implementation.  

4. Project Description:

Approach:
Explain the approach taken to implement the technology, including the steps involved and any specific strategies used.  

Technology Used:
Detail the specific technology/solution/service implemented and its key features and functionalities.  

Implementation Process:
Describe how the technology/solution/service was integrated into the customer’s existing technology systems, workflows, and business processes. Include any key challenges and how they were overcome.  

5. Key Results:

  • Enumerate key outcomes of the implementation, including quantitative and qualitative impact. Highlight the positive results, such as increased efficiency, cost savings, improved performance, or enhanced customer satisfaction.
  • Include quotes from the customer to highlight how the technology/solution/service helped them achieve their goals.  

6. Conclusion:

Summarize and provide company contact.
