WorkForce Delta joins Cyient

Cyient’s acquisition of WorkForce Delta, a consulting firm in mobile workforce management, will bolster the IntelliCyient portfolio by expanding its front-end consulting capabilities for digital mobile workforce management solutions.

Recently, there has been a growing demand for comprehensive field force management solutions in the Utilities and Telecom industries. With rapid sectoral growth across regions, WGIC Member Cyient continues to invest in expanding its market presence while creating sustainable value for all stakeholders. With this acquisition, Cyient will be taking full ownership of WorkForce Delta.

In a video on LinkedIn, Anand Parameswaran, SVP and Global Business Head, Cyient – Digital, welcomed WorkForce Delta team to the Cyient family. “Bringing the consulting expertise of WorkForce Delta and the execution capabilities of Cyient together gives us the opportunity to make strides in two distinct ways – we can deliver complete lifecycle solutions right from creating best practices to implementation that generates tangible value; and second, we’ve identified industry leading platforms that help us deliver value faster to our customers.”
